Todd Smith, MD, is the Medical Director of Urgent Care and Virtual Care at Allina Health in Minneapolis, MN. He is board certified in Family Medicine, with over 25 years of experience caring for patients of all ages.
In this role at Allina, he leads over 150 providers at Urgent Care Sites all over the Twin Cities and the Virtual Urgent Care program. He has extensive experience in healthcare IT, having been the Chief Medical Information Officer at HealthEast.

Dave served in marketing and business development leadership roles at Humana, TDS, U.S. Cellular, and Motorola.
He has founded/co-founded 5 startups and is passionate about innovative ways to improve mental health.
Aruna has committed her life to suicide prevention with a focus on the youth and military personnel. Aruna is a professor, researcher, and award-winning faculty and possesses multiple certifications in suicide prevention, PTSD, and alcohol abuse. She teaches behavioral health at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Aruna won the Wood Award for outstanding service to veterans, a leadership award for research for the Asian Health Coalition of Illinois, a Postdoctoral fellow for the National Institute for Drug Abuse.
Hien's research interests include artificial intelligence user modeling, decision-making process and has received grants from Office of Naval Research, and Intelligence Advanced Research Project Activity. She is a professor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
